Pantheon Spinal Epiphany Oblique System is a unique implant and inserter engineered for the fusion of L2-S1. Epiphany is optimized for the oblique fusion of L5-S1 with the patented ATLAS (Anterior Trans-Lateral Approach System) retractor. The implant has a bulleted nose to assist with smooth insertion. The articulating hub allows for the implant to adjust on its inserter while safely navigating important structures associated with the L5-S1 disk space. Epiphany is manufactured with PEEK and Tantalum to provide x-ray feedback on implant positioning. Sizing available includes 3 lordosis, 4 widths, 5 heights, and 5 lengths. Epiphany most recently provides a 20 degree hyper-lordotic footprint of implants.
Ample graft windows provide space for supplemental biologics that accommodates interbody fusions. Five tantalum markers allow for radiographic confirmation of implant positioning.
