The Pantheon Pontus Lateral Interbody System is a highly specialized device engineered for lumbar procedures utilizing a lateral approach, specifically targeting segments from L2 to L5. Designed to address challenging anatomical variations, such as high iliac crests, the Pontus system incorporates an innovative articulating insertion mechanism that facilitates precise and efficient implantation, even in complex surgical scenarios.

Ample graft windows provide space for supplemental biologics that accommodates PSL spine procedures. Four tantalum markers allow for radiographic confirmation of implant positioning.
